Fifteenth-century poem by Gruffudd Nannau.

Poem in the form of a prayer to Mwrog seeking the release of Ithel and Rhys, sons of Ieuan Fychan of Pengwern, from prison. It was written soon after July 1457. The text has been found in eight manuscripts, copied from between about 1585 and the end of the seventeenth century. Edited by Eurig Salisbury for the Cult of Saints in Wales project.
