A hospital in Tenby was dedicated to Mary Magdalene, and attested in 1484. It had its own chapel (the Maudlen Chapel) according to a sixteenth-century source. It is possible that the church could also have been dedicated to Mary Magdalene, as although Mary is attested as the patron in 1486 (ecclesia Beat' Marie), as is so often the case, it does not specify which Mary.
